Justice warriors of the Front (Revolutionary People’s Liberation Front) SAFAK YAYLA and BAHTIYAR DOGRUYOL penetrated into the Europe’s biggest, “highly secure” Caglayan Courthouse, where AKP’s thieves and killers were protected, and since Berkin Elvan’s murderers were protected for 655 days, they took the AKP’s recent prosecutor, namely prosecutor Mehmet Selim Kiraz as hostage at around 12:36, on March 31, 2015.

DHKC justice Warriors’ demand was to release the names of Berkin Elvan’s murderers who are protected for 655 days and begin their trials and prosecution!

During 655 days, we demanded justice for the prosecution of the Berkin Elvan’s murderers.

Since we asked Justice we bombed with gas shells!

We were dispersed with water canons, dragged on the ground, taken into custody, arrested..

Yes, we demanded the justice so we kept in prisons for months, and still our people imprisoned…

There are hundreds investigation has opened for those who demanded the Justice for Berkin Elvan, and for those who participated in the action.

For 655 days, we demanded only justice for Berkin Elvan.

Although any evidence about police officers who murdered Berkin, including Camera records, eye witness statements etc., presented to the public prosecutors, they protected the killers by obfuscating the evidences for 655 days.

The on going trials about the murderers of June Martyrs were driven from one courthouse in one city to another one in another city, mostly for every trial. (June Martyrs: protesters killed during June uprisings in Turkey)

The penalties given for the murderers of Ali Ismail Korkmaz and Ethem Sarisülük were more like “rewards” due to “good behaviour” their penalties were reduced.

During the trials, the judges, prosecutors called murderers as “SIR”

They said ” we heard you were sick” and their “get well soon” wishes presented so that the whole world has heard the message.

The lawyers, the family of victims were beaten with batons by cops.

The judges, prosecuotrs were fallen asleep, (and snoring) during custodies, trials?.

The supreme court (the upper level court) made decision on that by a statement as “just resting the eyes, not sleeping”

Deniz Genç is still comatose.

In Cizre (eastern of Turkey), the murderers of 12 years old Nihat Kazanhan was released.

Ugur Kaymaz was (at the age of) 12, and 13 bullets found in his body. His murderers did not receive even for a day of sentence.

– March 16, 1978 Beyazit Massacre… has been done by state’s counter guerilla forces, and murderers have not been prosecuted.

– July 4, 1980 Corum Massacre.. This massacre has been done by fascist state?s counter guerilla forces, civilian fascists and religious reactionaries, and none of them prosecuted.

– July 12, 1991, July 12th massacre.. Ten revolutionaries has been massacred by the state in cooperation with CIA of USA. None of murderers prosecuted.

– 1992, April 17th massacre.. Ten revolutionaries has been massacred by the state?s killer cops.. The murderers were acquitted by the state?s courts..

– July 2, 1993, Sivas massacre.. This massacre has been done by state?s counter guerilla forces and religious reactionaries. The murderers were acquitted.. The lawyers of murderers mostly either AKP parliamentarian, mayor or party members.

– March 12, 1995 Gazi Massacre..This massacre has been done by state?s counter guerilla forces.. The murderers were protected and acquitted by the state.

– December 19, 2000.. December 19th Massacre in Prisons (the government called this as “return to life? operation). This massacre has been done by state?s specially trained massacre teams.. It is such a slaughtering state that under its jurisdiction and protecion, in 20 prisons 28 revolutionary inmates were massacred. The murderers are still under protection by AKP government..

-On December 29, 2013, Roboski Massacre..34 innocent civilians were killed by a Turkish airstrike in southeast Turkey on the mountainous border of Iraq by the order of Tayyip Erdogan, as PM at the date, upon enquiry provided by MIT (Turkish Intelligence Agency)

In prisons, more than 28 people of us were massacred; and this country?s PM shows up and says “congratulations… It is a great success?

How justice will be provided? We ask you…

A prosecutor can not even bold enough to tell the truth, and far from the law, the truth and morality …For for the sake of whom, and what?

Who was massacred, who murdered?

The victim was 15 years old kid, and the murderers are people’s enemies.

Our children were raped..where? At state prisons..Who was prosecuted.. The journalist who wrote about these incidents…

Murdered kid was black curly dark-eyed boy, who murdered him is from an unkown place with uncertain lineage…

The AKP Government is also responsible for the death of Prosecutor Mehmet Selim Kiraz!

fOur warriors? basic demand is justice.

It is the demand for the trial of Berkin Elvan?s murderers which was not prosecuted for 655 days.

Tayyip Erdogan Today, currently the president, said that “I do not trust the justice system, there is no justice?, when it came to their theft investigations.

Even the thief, murderer, and despoot Tayyip Erdogan said there is no justice in our country, noone can speak about the tiny bit existence of Justice.

Then to ask for justice, our warriors took the prosecutor Mehmet Selim Kiraz, who protected the Berkin Elvan?s murderers, as hostage.

Taking prosecutor Kiraz as hostage was not the first hostage action on the earth.

The revolutionaries? demand in return to hostage Kiraz was THE RELEASE OF THE NAMES OF BERKIN ELVAN?S MURDERERS.

AKP,INSTEAD OF GIVING OUT THE NAMES OF MURDERERS, AKP DISCARDED ITS VERY OWN PROSECUTOR WHO WAS USED TO CLEAR THEIR MESSES, AND MURDERED OUR WARRIORS, AND CONTINUED TO PROTECT THE KILLERS OF BERKIN ELVAN.

AKP IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FROM THE MURDER OF PROSECUTOR MEHMET SELIM KIRAZ!

BECAUSE, FROM NOW ON, AKP WANTS TO USE THE DEATH OF PROSECUTOR KIRAZ!

They try to create a hero, a victimization scenario from a prosecutor.

AKP makes demagogy over the wife and kids of prosecutor

Do not use the punished prosecutor?s wife and kids!

Don?t forget that there are wives and children of the revolutionaries and patriots that you murdered and massacred.

Do not even try to make politics over the prosecutor?s wives and children..

Safak Yayla:

He was born on May 8th, 1991 in Zonguldak. He is a child of a family that the father was from Trabzon, and mother from Giresun.

On 2009,when he was freshman at Istanbul University School of Law he joined to Revolutionary Youth (DEV-GENC) ranks and was organized under that.

Between 2009 and 2010, he was in charge of Dev-Genc at Istanbul University.

Between 2010 and 2011, he was in the Anadolu Committee of Dev-Genc.

At the end of 2011, he was the manager in youngsters organization.

He served in several cities of Anatolia.

On January 18th, 2013 he was arrested in the operation against the People’s Front (CEPHE).

After his release, without hesitation he run into the struggle.

He performed every task given to him without any hesitation, until the day he was fallen.

He was fallen as Justice warrior of CEPHE.

Bahtiyar Dogruyol:

He was born on March 27th, 1987 in Ankara. He is a child of a family that the father was from Ardahan, and mother from Erzincan.

He met with revolutionaries on 2007 at Ankara University Faculty of Humanities.

When he first met with them he was at the rank of EMEP.

He left EMEP youth and joined the rank of DEV-GENC, after People?s Liberation Warrior Kevser Mirzak was fallen at a clash with cops ??in Ankara, and then he continued his struggle as Dev-Genc member.

He was taken in custody several times during his democratic struggle in Ankara, and on 2008 he spent 4 months prison time.

He took several responsibilities at Istanbul Gazi Province and Okmeydani between 2011 and 2012.

He was arrested by December at 2012, and imprisoned at Tekirdag No 1 F type prison.

After his release on December 2014, without hesitation he run into the struggle with conscious to bring to

account.

He was fallen as Justice warrior of CEPHE.

OUR PEOPLE!

Our warriors are the most honorable sons of our people.

They gave the best years of their lives to the struggle for the people’s liberation war.

They fought for Justice. They were martyred for justice..

Shortly before they were martyred, they connected to the press and in their message they said:

“The reason we are here was to provide justice. There is no justice in this country. We know that. We struggle for this. The families struggled through democratic ways, and brought this to today. But in this country the justice is for wealthy, very rich, and people’s enemies. There is no justice for the people. We are almost reaching to the last minutes (of the action), if our demand is not met, we will punish the prosecutor. We will also fight to the last bullet in our gun, if they interfere with the room (where they kept the hostage)?
