Devrimci Halk Kurtulus Partisi (DHKP) NUMBER: 50 DATE: 30 March 2017

Among the world’s revolutionary movements, WE are the ONLY ones who IN 50 YEARS OF IDEOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL WARFARE WITH IMPERIALISM, HAVE NOT BEEN DEFEATED AND CANNOT BE DESTROYED!

The enemy struck at the ideology of revolutionary movements first, but in this war the ideological victory belongs to us!
Our ideology has created our traditions, our traditions have created our new commanders
And this is why
Kizildere is not the end!
The war continues with people like Leyla and Bilgehan
In these days when we mark the 30th March – 17th April days of the Revolutionary Martyrs and the Foundation of our Party, we remember the martyrs who have created the 47 years of honourable resistance; we salute the 23rd anniversary of our Party
HISTORY HAS POSED QUESTIONS FOR US TO ANSWER:
WILL IMPERIALISM DEFEAT US?
WILL WE DEFEAT IMPERIALISM?
Marxism-Leninism answered this years ago: “Revolution is a puzzle solved by history”, it says, explaining to the peoples the laws of history and science and their necessary conclusions.
We will win!
The peoples will win!
This is a certainty!
IT IS WRITTEN IN THE HISTORY OF CLASS STRUGGLE THAT IT HAS BEEN FORMED IN THE 20TH AND 21ST CENTURY BY THE STRUGGLE OF THE PEOPLES OF THE WORLD AGAINST IMPERIALISM.
THE WAR GOES ON EVERYWHERE, IDEOLOGICALLY, POLITICALLY, MILITARILY. This war of who will break whom has as its most important front IDEOLOGY.
AFTER THE SECOND IMPERIALIST WAR, THE MOST EFFECTIVE METHOD OF THE IMPERIALISTS WAS TO DRIVE THE PEOPLES AND THEIR VANGUARD TO IDEOLOGICAL SURRENDER.
The essential arena of warfare is that of ideology! Imperialism targets people ideologically before it targets their bodies with guns, tanks, bombs, planes, chemical gases or countless other weapons.
It has taken as its own the method of changing peoples’ thoughts as the most effective way of making their minds surrender.
This attack accelerated after the Second Imperialist War and tore down socialism, and has continued with today’s policies of liquidation, surrender and conciliation… …
IMPERIALISM FIRST OF ALL STRIKES AT REVOLUTIONARY MOVEMENTS IDEOLOGICALLY
Physical destruction is the next stage. Since the 1960s, as has been shown many times as this uninterrupted war went on between the vanguard of the peoples and imperialism; FIRST OF ALL IDEOLOGICAL DEFEAT COMES, THEN THERE IS PHYSICAL SURRENDER.
THOSE WHO DO NOT SURRENDER IDEOLOGICALLY ARE NOT DEFEATED!
OUR HISTORY PROVES THIS, FROM THE THKP-C TO THE DHKP-C
WE ANSWERED THE QUESTIONS POSED TO US BY HISTORY MANY TIMES AND DID SO THE FIRST TIME AT KIZILDERE.
AT EVERY TURNING POINT IN HISTORY WE DID NOT DEVIATE, IN EVERY ALIGNMENT WE WERE IN THE RIGHT PLACE AND WE ANSWERED BY TURNING EVERY IDEOLOGICAL ATTACK TO A VICTORY.
THE RESULT: We’ve been able to create a whole tradition in which we have never strayed from what we said 50 years ago, we have preserved our line and been able to create hope for the peoples of all the world.

Embracing the line of the THKP-C means not remaining apolitical in the face of the enemy’s policies and renewing ourselves in every period. We are able to develop our DEFINITION OF WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A REVOLUTIONARY in line with how the needs of revolutionism change.
When the definition of revolutionism was said to be conciliation of imperialism, when the definition of revolutionism was said to be parliamentarism, when the definition of revolution was that supposedly imperialism had changed, this resulted in no change in the line of the Party-Front.
Essentially it is about doing what is necessary to achieve the Party-Front line and the Party-Front spirit.
And doing what is necessary for Party-Front revolutionism means being able to face up to any cost it demands from you.
Those who are swayed by the winds of liquidation, surrender and conciliation try to corrupt revolutionism in order to legitimise their own flight from revolution.
They send messages about “showing confidence in the system”, and call this tactics; they corrupt revolutionism while creating theories about “revolutionism designed to ward off every kind of ‘trouble’”.
The revolutionism of the Party-Front is not one which surrenders to the objective conditions.
The Party-Front’s conception of revolutionism is one that renews itself in line with changing conditions and the enemy’s attacks and faces up to any kind of price and assuming duties in the class struggle.
It remained standing with the Party-Front line in the face of imperialist polices and ideological attacks which sought to achieve liquidation; Since the 1960s, it has been a revolutionism which clarified and illuminated the situation while the wind blew in the direction of surrender.
THIS IS WHY TO BE IN THE PARTY-FRONT IS TO BE A REVOLUTIONARY.
THIS IS WHY THERE IS A PARTY-FRONT REALITY, WHICH DOES NOT GIVE WAY TO THE POLITICS THAT SEEK TO DESTROY RESISTANCE AND THE HOPE OF LIBERATION FOR OUR COUNTRY AND THE PEOPLES OF THE WORLD.
IMPERIALISM HAS SOUGHT A SOLUTION FOR THE NIGHTMARES THAT HAUNT IT BY STRIKING IDEOLOGICAL BLOWS AT THE REVOLUTIONARY MOVEMENTS.
Why does imperialism have nightmares?
After the First Imperialist War (World War 1) one sixth of the earth was liberated from the chains of dependency,
After the Second Imperialist War one third of the earth was liberated.
IMPERIALISTS TARGETED THE IDEOLOGY THAT HAD BECOME A NIGHTMARE FOR THEM.
They did everything to stop socialism from being an ideology that would give hope.
The ideology is life and war.
THE ideology IS THE WEAPON AND DEFENCE OF THE PEOPLES.
Those who have been defeated ideologically are weaponless and defenceless.
Because in the war of classes, there is no weapon more powerful than Marxist-Leninist ideology.
THOSE WHO ABANDON IDEOLOGY ABANDON THEIR WEAPONS AND THE DEFENCES.
Those who give up their ideology give up their weapons. They harmonise themselves with objective conditions and seek conciliation with the system.
Those who abandon ideology abandon alignment, and those who abandon alignment give up fighting.
Those who support their ideology also support their own power to fight.
İdeological strength is the most powerful force in the world. It is impossible to defeat those who believe this or the peoples who use ideological strength.
Ideological strength is the decision and the determination to fight imperialism and fascism under every condition.
In a period in which everyone is surrendering their weapons and burying them in concrete, ideological strength mean removing weapons buried seven storeys under the ground, after shelters have been bombed and destroyed, and using these retrieved weapons to continue the fight.
Real defeat is when revolutionary ideology and revolutionary values are destroyed.
Real defeat is ideological defeat and falling under the enemy’s ideological influence. This kind of defeat is a hopeless defeat.
In such a defeat, the people, homeland and independence are forgotten; the conceptions used by imperialism and fascism create indecision and softness.
The side of the people is abandoned.
This kind of defeat amounts to the mind being under enemy occupation and courage withering.
This is a defeat of the mind of the people, leaving the mind a captive of a great lie.
The imperialists have been struggling for years to condemn our people to this.
US imperialism has been attacking the people for years which such policies created by the CIA. This is not a policy that has changed at all, whether the president was Theodore Roosevelt, John F. Kennedy, Bush or Obama. Sometimes it was given the name of “Big Stick”, a “stick” to make the people bow their heads, sometime it was the “Alliance For Progress” agreement of the kind announced at Punta Del Este. Sometimes it was a “National Security Doctrine” to plan torture of the people and massacres. “Low intensity conflict” was the name used to accustom the peoples to the presence of occupation by American armies… Or after 2010, ideological and political leadership vanguards were targeted with liquidation, surrender and conciliation policies.
1960s:
*Imperialists:
In the 1960s the imperialists tried to dry up the “social base” of the peoples. The CIA dreamed up “democracy shows” in its laboratories.
“Intellectuals” like Herbert Marcuse would continue ideological attacks in the name of the bourgeoisie. They wanted revolution to be not the work of the working class but of “minorities, the declasse and homosexuals”.
*The left:
A section of the Latin American left had its “mind” confused by America’s “progressive” and “democratic” projects. In reality neocolonialism was merely being practised in a more cunning fashion.

“At this time, the ‘big brother’ policy of brutally combative intervention had become somewhat ramshackle, and only non-military methods of struggle against communism were necessary, while the ‘Alliance For Progress’ programmes would be a little helped to make make an impact among the poorest of the poor with ‘the revolution from above’ to obstruct ‘the revolution from below’.”(*)
The ideological attacks by people like Herbert Marcuse had an effect by making a section of the left turn toward civil society and instead of fighting they sought conciliation.
*Ourselves:
In that period the THKP-C ideology began to develop in our country. The cadres who would form the THKP-C grew in strength in the course of strikes, occupations and acts of resistance alongside the workers and peasants.
And at the end of this process, with the founding of the THKP-C, the fifty-year tradition of reformism and revisionism in Turkey was dismantled.
1970s:
*The imperialists:
Imperialism and the collaborationist oligarchies wanted to stop the development of armed liberation wars by the peoples with juntas, civilian fascist movements, contra-guerrilla operations, massacres, prisons and torture. On the other hand they also sought to clound the consciousness of the peoples with democracy projects.
*The left:
Above all in Latin America, the left was deprived of politics in the face of attacks by fascist dictatorships. Military defeats were not turned into victories and resistance. Defeat began to be legitimised in the minds of the left.
*Ourselves:
In the 1970s we responded to the politics of the imperialists which sought to hollow our revolutions and revolutionary movements WITH OUR MALTEPE RESISTANCE. With the 51-hour Maltepe resistance we announced to the world our break with 50 years of revisionist and reformist traditions. The THKP-C reorganised itself after negationists and liquidationists reared their heads in its ranks, and continued the armed struggle.
We did not accept ideological defeat.
We created the Kizildere resistance.
Kizildere was the BIRTHPLACE of the revolution and of revolutionism in Turkey.
1980s:
*The imperialists:
Fascist juntas, the 24 January Resolutions, arguments about “the superiority of liberalism”, policies of getting the revolution movement in the prisons to “surrender”…
*The left:
Legalism, fleeing abroad, fear, lack of faith and the swift abandonment of revolutionary values spread among the left which began to bog down in hopelessness. There was a tendency to surrender in the prisons.
The prisons of Uruguay, Bolivia etc. As well as Mamak (translator’s note: a prison in Ankara) were the source of theories on surrender. Those who did not resist began to espouse the idea from the 1980s onwards that there were “new openings”, the time for armed struggle had passed and it was necessary to use legal possibilities. Their minds surrendered to bourgeois ideology and henceforth they would speak as mouthpieces of bourgeois ideology.
*Ourselves:
We had our answer ready for the fascist junta:
It was the campaign “THE JUNTA CANNOT GET 45 MILLION PEOPLE TO SURRENDER”.
Our martyrs built a barricade against fascism and bourgeois individualism.
While the left gave way to sanctions in order to “live”, we established a resistance barricade with the Death Fast of 1984.
1990s:
*The imperialists:
Brought about counter-revolutions in the socialist countries. The bourgeoisie started the biggest ideological attack in history with the destruction of socialism.
Everywhere it disseminated its theses of “a unipolar world” and “independence is out of fashion”.
In place of people like Marcuse in the 1960s, there were now people like Fukuyama and Negri who said it was the “end of history” and “imperialism has changed”.
Speeches such as “Marx was not right” etc. came in for discussion.
Disbelief, hopelessness, legalism, rejection of armed struggle caused them to develop a version of bourgeois ideology. And they called on the peoples to “believe” in them.
*The left:
İmmediately removed from its flags symbols of socialism such as the hammer and sickle.
It denied the armed struggle and explored the error of it. Denial, disbelief and surrender were spread thoughout the world and also our country.
Imperialists made significant gains in ideological warfare at this point.
Quite a few revolutionary movements defended the idea that socialism was not the solution; they did not say that they themselves were experiencing ideological crisis.
Ourselves:
*We renewed ourselves ideologically by resisting at this stage and carrying out our “UPSURGE”.
Under ideological siege, those like Sabo and Eda waved the hammer and sickle banner, and they were the honour of socialism during the April 16-17 resistance. And these two women announced our belief to the entire world: “OUR BANNER WILL WAVE IN EVERY CORNER OF THE COUNTRY.”
2000s:
The imperialists:
Attacked all the peoples, saying “change your beliefs or die”.
Wherever there were revolutionary, socialist principles, values and thoughts on the face of their earth, they wanted to uproot and destroy them. Their fears grew in proportion to the crises they experienced.
*The left:
Preferred to give in to this process of serious liquidationism. In those days resistance meant paying a serious price, it meant death. Resistance came off the agenda of the left and completely disappeared from its language and life. It started to use phrases like “intelligent leftism” and “protecting the elite”. During the Great Resistance, we wrote into history that “those who do not resist will rot”. After the resistance there are plenty of examples that prove this to be true.
*Ourselves:
We replied to imperialism’s powerful drive to secure liquidation and surrender with seven years of the Great Resistance.
In the face of the policy “EITHER CHANGE YOUR BELIEFS OR DIE”, the Great Resistance took place in our country, the most severe clash of classes on the face of the earth. We alone in the world and in our country took a stand on this front and rejected conciliation, defending revolution and socialism clearly.
We resisted on that day and we are here today. And because we resisted on that day, there is revolutionism in our country today.
2010-2017:
Again we are in the midst of a very sharp fight.

As a result of policies of liquidation, surrender and compromise with imperialism, ideological and political leadership is completely abandoning its weapons. With arms, the hopes of the people for independence are being buried in the soil. The weapons in the hands of the peoples are either buried in concrete, melted down or placed in the hands of the imperialists.
And we say that;
All the mountains of our country will be ours, we will be organised in all cities.
We will not be victims of imperialism, we will be its executioners!
We will drive out imperialism and take power!
There is hope because we are here!
Hope is independence, democracy, socialism.
Hope is the guerrilla armies, the people’s armies, the people’s militia and the people’s organisations!
Hope is the Party-Front that fights with this ideology.
IDEOLOGICAL VICTORY IS OURS
WE HAVE NOT DEVIATED BY EVEN A MILLIMETRE FROM WHAT WE SAID 50 YEARS AGO. WE WILL FIGHT UNTIL LIBERATION AND ESTABLISH INDEPENDENCE, DEMOCRACY AND SOCIALISM IN ANATOLIA!
We say that we will win!
Because we have in our hands the Marxist-Leninist ideology. In the class war there there is no more powerful ideology than that of Marxism-Leninism.
Because in our hands the Marxist-Leninist ideology is no mere written text. Each moment of ours, each action of ours, every step of ours is a guide to action.
Because our Marxist-Leninist ideology in our hands lives, develops, grows, resists, fights, thinks, plans, makes programmes, engages, withdraws, launches offensives, is martyred, is reborn from martyrdom and is our life and our fight.

Because our ideology emerged from being a text written on a page, there was Maltepe and there was Kizildere.
We say that we will win.
Because from a house in a village of dried brick in Anatolia, a message went out to all corners of Anatolia with our slogan, “We did not come here to turn back, we came here to die”, and we have Kizildere.
Because we have our Sabos, our Edas, our resistance on April 16-17, when the banners of socialism have been pulled down and imperialism is worshipped almost everywhere in the world, they waved the hammer and sickle banner of socialism from the window of their base while surrounded.
It is not a coincidence that the Party-Front is the only force that they cannot get to surrender to imperialism.
The secret to this is the answer given by those like Mahir in Kizildere: “We did not come here to turn back, we came here to die.”
We cannot surrender because resistance to imperialism is a resistance to the death.
After Kizildere, imperialism and the collaborationist oligarchs continued the fascist junta’s attempts to force surrender without any let-up. But their efforts had no result. The answer they got each time was the same:
“We did not come here to turn back, we came here to die!”
“When did you ever see us surrender?”
“Actually you should be the ones to surrender to the people!”
The answer of those like Mahir Cayan was unwavering and indisputable – “We came here to die, not to turn back” and for this reason it is historic. With their martyrdom, they gave their lives for the hopes of the people.
Look at those who cannot answer like Mahir in Kizildere, they cannot continue his legacy!
The minds that have divested themselves of Marxist-Leninist ideology are like a body capable of moving around and striking a pose, but capable of nothing else.
Look at the dates! Many things have happened in Turkey since then. The class struggle has gone all the way, even to death. But these classes do not exist on a single line of combat. Kurdish nationalism, which is not ambitious, has no goals, is submissive to every force and is trailing after imperialism. They skid around, are made use of and are thrown to one side. But it is no longer an ideological force that will be able to stand on its own feet. This is surrender.
Look at the Kurdish nationalist movement, ideologically defeated. They talk of Kizildere to obscure it, and as they lose their own legitimacy, they try to take refuge in the legitimacy of Kizildere.
The Kurdish people have fought a great deal and died under the leadership of this nationalist ideology, but ultimately Kurdish nationalism confined this struggle within the limits of imperialism and oligarchy. The leaders and executives of the Kurdish nationalist movement prefer life in the imperialist order, not fighting imperialism whatever the cost.
The result is ideological surrender, death. Now the flag of the Kurdish nationalist movement is the flag of imperialism, the fighters are imperialist soldiers. It has no function for American imperialism other than to increase the number of bases of occupation and warfare against the peoples in the world, adding a few tens of thousands more troops to the military power of American imperialism.
Look at the Latin American countries, in Colombia, the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) promised to bury their weapons in the ground and surrendered.
With these weapons, the United Nations (UN) announced that the United States would make sculptures in the UN Headquarters in New York City, in the capital of Cuba, Havana, and in a city in Colombia.
The Irish Republican Army (IRA) buried the first part of its weapons in 2001 in the presence of an imperialist delegation. In 2002 and 2004, weapons were buried in concrete again before witnesses. Finally in 2005, the IRA announced that it had abandoned armed struggle with an official statement.
We were leavened by the Maltepe resistance and Kizildere
Kizildere means not to surrender, it means “We did not come here to turn back, we came here to die”.
The enemy thought they killed us in Kizildere, instead they caused us to be born
To be born again you must first break with imperialist ideology
Our martyrs in Kizildere were where we broke with imperialist ideology and were reborn
What is Kizildere? Ideology. Marxist-Leninist ideology.
What is IDEOLOGY?
“Political, legal, scientific, philosophical, religious, moral or aesthetic consciousness that constitutes a political or social doctrine, which directs the behaviour of a government or a party.”
In other words, ideology is the whole thought that gives direction to our behaviour.
In Maltepe our ideology defeated the 50 years of revisionist tradition with 51 hours of resistance.
Revisionism, the liquidation of the revolution, is the left wing of imperialism.
The 50-year revisionist tradition is the main ideological obstacle to the organisation of the Anatolian people for the revolution.
In the 51-hour Maltepe resistance, Mahir and Cevahir erased the influence of the revisionist ideology on the people. They set the battle lines for the revolution in the people’s consciousness.
Ideology shaped the action of Mahir…
Kizildere tells us about our class. It tells us what we are. People whose faces you do not even see gave their lives for you
This action tells us that we are in the same class as the people, as the working classes, as the hungry and the poor, as those living under the persecution of fascism, as targets of massacres, as those oppressed by the gears of the wheel of exploitation. It tells us that our common struggle is more valuable than all of us, and that the fight against imperialism and oligarchy as a people is a war of life or death.
The war is mainly a matter of ideologies. Ideologies are the living conditions, a way of life. Bourgeois ideology is an ideology based on private property. It sees the exploitation of human labour as legitimate. The ideology of the proletariat opposes labour exploitation, defending the common ownership of the means of production.
The bourgeois ideology advocates that the imperialist monopolies prevail in the world. It sees it as legitimate to force this domination, use imperialist occupation armies and place imperialist capital in power. The ideology of the proletariat is against any kind of exploitation. It is against colonialism considering it to be criminal.
Our ideology created our traditions.
The Leylas, Bilgehans, Safaks, Muharrems grew up with our traditions:
From Kizildere they made new Kizilderes.
We says that we will win.

We have our commanders like Leyla who after a bombing entered into the burned-down shelters, pulling out their weapons which were buried seven storeys under the ground, and continued the fight, while other organisations have reconciled with imperialism, burying their weapons and enclosing them in concrete.
We have our commanders like Bilgehan, who were martyred in clashes with the enemy in an area under siege. They succeeding in filling the enemy with fear, themselves characterised by the modesty of being one with the people and of having a duty to perform, by our tradition of fighting on to the end and not surrendering, adding new links to the chain of our tradition.
THE DEVRIMCI HALK KURTULUS PARTISI-CEPHESI IS THE ONLY FORCE IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE WORLD TODAY WHICH SAYS THAT ARMED WARFARE IS THE ONLY ROAD OF LIBERATION FOR THE WORLD’S PEOPLES, AND CONTINUES TO PUT THIS INTO EFFECT.
WE ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO CONTINUE FIGHTING AND DO NOT SURRENDER.
TOMORROW, IN ALL COUNTRIES, WE WANT THERE TO BE DOZENS, HUNDREDS OF DHKP-Cs.
The Leylas who dragged their weapons out of their burned-down bunkers, the Bilgehans and the 122 (translator’s note: Death Fast martyrs 2000-2007), who sacrificed themselves without hesitation for justice, the people and the homeland and who did not give up on revolution and socialism, must constitute the revolutionary leadership.
THIS IS ALSO THE KEY AIM OF THE IDEOLOGICAL STRUGGLE, TO WHICH WE ATTACH MORE IMPORTANCE THAN EVER
Just imagine – since the late 1970s, the world has undergone repeated upheavals with policies aimed at liquidation, military coups, occupations of the Middle East, the collapse of the socialist system, wars around the world accompanied by the demagogy of imperialism about “terrorism”, armed actions based on religious sectarianism or nationalism; in these storms, while everybody else was skidding around or being turned upside down, a movement responded to the politics of imperialism with politics that would disrupt it, did not skid around, was not torn down, but remained in its place with the power of its ideology – this is the DEVRIMCI HALK KURTULUS PARTISI-CEPHESI.
We received wounds but treated them as part of the war and continued to fight.
HOW HAVE WE REMAINED STANDING? These are the answers.
1- Our ideological clarity
2- Our unchanging anti-imperialist attitude
3- Ideologically and politically, we have remained established in the soil of our own land.
LACK OF POLITICS OPENS THE DOOR TO DEFEAT; We were never left with politics or a solution by the the military and political attacks of imperialism.
OUR DUTY TO THE PEOPLES OF TURKEY IS TO GIVE AN ANSWER TO THESE TWO QUESTIONS:
WHAT WILL WE DO?
HOW WILL WE DO IT?
Revolution is historical and political necessity.
We are claiming to lead the Revolution in Turkey and to bring it to victory.
The revolution is closely connected with the revolutionaries.
Revolutionism is today identified with the Parti-Cephe.
Why this is the answer is because of the periods referred to earlier.
Revolutionism has been redefined within each period in its own conditions.
In every definition, revolutionism has become even stronger and proved to be undefeated.
We will not surrender to the policy of destroying the hope of liberation, the right of the peoples of the world to resist. We will not give up our belief in independence, democracy and socialism. We will not allow the destruction of hope in revolution and socialism, leaving the people desperate and without alternatives. Those who find this exaggerated are doomed to defeat by history.
Becoming a reserve force of imperialism in the name of revolutionism and parliamentarism; fleeing from the struggle; In the name of revolutionism, defending “imperialism” and its “pseudo-revolutions”.
TODAY THE DEFINITION OF REVOLUTION:
BEING A REVOLUTIONARY MEANS PAYING A PRICE.
BEING A REVOLUTIONARY MEANS NOT SURRENDERING.
BEING A REVOLUTIONARY MEANS NOT SEEKING CONCILIATION.
Today there is no other way to be a revolutionary.
WE ARE FIGHTING AND ARE ON THE ROAD TO VICTORY.
OUR WAR IS ONE THAT WE WILL BUILD UP LIKE LEYLA DID, REMOVING WEAPONS FROM A DESTROYED SHELTER TO DEMAND A RECKONING, AT A TIME WHEN EVERYONE ELSE IS BURYING THEIR WEAPONS; IN THE POOR NEIGHBOURHOODS OF OUR CITIES, OUR FALCONS WILL GROW UP.
OUR WAR IS TO BUILD UP THE ORGANISATIONS OF THE PEOPLE. OUR WAR IS TO BRING THE PEOPLE TO WAR AND BUILD UP THE WAR AS PART OF THE PEOPLE
The source of our ideological clarity is our history and class consciousness. The people and our homeland are our love. Dialectics and historical materialism are science.
Those who do not go their own way, enter the path of the enemy. We continue to move forward in our own way.
No organisation that breaks away from the people and its territory can any longer be revolutionary.
It is no coincidence that the Leylas, the Bilgehans, have emerged from the ranks of this movement since Kizildere. Heroism does not come from the policies of reconciliation and submission. Submission is betrayal.
We know this very well.
War is not about having heavy weapons, thousands of tonnes of bombs, those who fight armed with the ideology of socialism, guerrilla forces fighting as part of the people and the people’s army will win.
We will win victory by organising the people, making the people part of the war and we will win victory as the people.
Those who worship big weapons and great force seek conciliation with imperialism.
We continue on the road of revolution by trusting in our people.
LET THOSE WHO TURN BACK TURN. WE ARE ON THE ROAD OF REVOLUTION.
THERE IS A CHANCE OF VICTORY FOR THOSE WHO ARE ON THIS ROAD.
OUR IDEOLOGY IS CLEAR, OUR ROAD TO VICTORY IS CLEAR:
In all its policies, imperialism has JUST ONE AIM: to get revolutionaries to surrender, destroy revolutions and continue imperialist exploitation forever.
WE KNOW THAT FIRST THERE IS IDEOLOGICAL DEFEAT, AND THEN THERE IS PHYSICAL SURRENDER.
Our ideological health and clarity is the reason why we have remained standing since the 1960s in the face of every ideological and military attack.
SINCE 2000, IMPERIALISM HAS SOUGHT TO FORCE IDEOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL LEADERSHIPS TO SEEK
– CONCILIATION
– LIQUIDATE THEMSELVES
– SURRENDER.
WE HAVE NEVER SURRENDERED TO THIS, AND NEVER WILL SURRENDER.
1 – WE WILL NEVER FORGET THAT IMPERIALISM IS THE MURDERER OF THE WORLD’S PEOPLES.
2 – WE WILL NEVER ABANDON OUR IDEOLOGICAL CLARITY AND IDEOLOGICAL INDEPENDENCE.
WE WILL MAINTAIN OUR IDEOLOGICAL CLARITY AND INCREASE OUR POLITICAL DETERMINATION.
HOW?
Ideological surrender, defeats, destruction of socialism, all these have not dimmed the road for the liberation of the peoples. Every defeat is a lesson for the peoples.
By learning from these, we continue the revolutionary march from our path lit up by history and class consciousness: there is no hidden secret of this path. Revolution is the world’s most clearly revealed march. We declare, step by step:
1- We fight for INDEPENDENCE, DEMOCRACY AND SOCIALISM.
2- We will establish Revolutionary People’s Power, through ANTI-IMPERIALIST, ANTI-OLIGARCHIC warfare.
3- We will get organised.
4- We will arm ourselves
5- We will build up our ideological clarity and political resolve with education (cadre education, people’s schools and party schools). Attacks are ideological and those who dispense with education are also dispensing with revolution.
6- All the poor neighburhoods of Anatolia will be ours.
7- All the mountains of Anatolia will be ours.
8- We will do everything relying on our strength.
9- With our feet in the soil of Anatolia, we will build up the Revolution i Anatolia.

THE DEVRIMCI HALK KURTULUS PARTISI-CEPHESI ANNOUNCES TO ALL THE PEOPLES OF THE WORLD AND ALL FORCES THAT COLLABORATE WITH IMPERIALISM THAT;
WE WILL CONTINUE TO MARCH ONTHE ROAD OF REVOLUTION.
NO FORCE WILL BE ABLE TO PREVENT THE VICTORY OF OUR REVOLUTION.
VICTORY WILL GO TO OUR PEOPLE!
